DVT - not just for flights

Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) or eDVT has come into the spot light here in the UK and I thought that its worth a post.

An IT worker who collapsed with a blood clot after sitting at his desk for hours has warned of the danger of DVT.

I know myself that I've spent hours sat at my computer without budging. I see this as a good excuse to have more coffee breaks.
