VMware: Could not open virtual machine

I've been playing with VMware the last couple of days, and it's really cool. Today though i had an issue when trying to start up one of my VMs, I got the error:

Could not open virtual machine... This virtual machine appears to be in use.

The solution is rather simple:

If you are certain that the guest is truly not running, go to the guest's folder and delete any .lck files and folders.
